On a consulting basis, I provide small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMB’s) with business strategy, digital marketing agency, and consulting services. I study the current strategy and how it is reflected in operations. Services have included website development, search engine optimization, social media advertising, Google Ads, lead generation, online reputation management services, online review generation & more. Additionally, I managed select commercial social media accounts and built chatbots for clients’ customer service and lead generation needs. For example, I orchestrated social media presences for beauty, non-profit, and healthcare clients, growing the number of positive online reviews and conversions.Previous experience includes brand, research, and experiential marketing consulting for global companies including Google and the LVMH portfolio.

In this role, I was asked to compose marketing strategy and campaigns to raise public awareness of locally based research and clinical trials in an effort to boost volunteer participants. My strategy and marketing plan boosted research volunteer recruitment by 20% in less than one year. The launch of the school’s "All IN for Health" public call-to-action got a fast start from a grant I helped secure from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

Establishing a “think tank” environment within the medical school, I led the formulation of innovation strategies and roadmaps at the service line and system-wide levels. This was assisted by a panel of 30 innovators we recruited from selected industries to brainstorm the hospital system’s innovation strategy. Further, we inaugurated Innovation Challenge sessions to serve our healthcare and academic partners. With an eye on the P&L I managed, we redeveloped several existing services to generate revenue. My role changed to Digital Engagement as the result of a reorganization.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

As a Program Director, I headed five high-risk clinical trials across the ICU’s of three hospital systems. I oversaw the full lifecycle, from initial grant writing through project and biospecimen management, data collection and analysis, compliance assurance, and publication of results. Supervising a 16-person team that implemented trials, I coordinated with our vendors, sponsors, and the medical community. During my tenure, I co-developed the Critical Care Recovery Center to promote resilience and recovery tools for post-ICU trauma survivors, instructed Critical Care clinicians on delirium and post-intensive care syndrome best practices, and maintained the research faculty’s Intellectual Property protections.
