Precocity is a customer experience consultancy with technology and user experience at its core. I worked with a team of researchers leading usability studies for one of the world's top automobile manufacturers. We conducted extensive moderated usability testing that drove user-centered designs for future car software systems, establishing the value of user experience research on an international scale.I also led a usability study for a Big Four accounting firm taking an innovative, human-centered approach to enterprise accounting software.

Swifte is a mobile carpooling app for college students. In March 2018, they formed a partnership with Google/Waze Carpool, bringing affordable ridesharing to universities across the United States.I began my stint at this early-stage startup by uncovering the needs of riders and drivers through generative user research. These insights, combined with a laser focus on business goals, shaped my design recommendations in the onboarding process and other key experiences in the app.My projects included:• Contextual user interviews• Guerrilla usability testing• Information architecture• Redesigning the onboarding process for a rapidly growing user base• Mobile heuristic evaluation

Expose UX was an early version of what is now ProjectUX. In 2016, we filmed live episodes and organized community events in 10 cities across the western United States.
