Precocity is a customer experience consultancy with technology and user experience at its core. I worked with a team of researchers leading usability studies for one of the world's top automobile manufacturers. We conducted extensive moderated usability testing that drove user-centered designs for future car software systems, establishing the value of user experience research on an international scale.I also led a usability study for a Big Four accounting firm taking an innovative, human-centered approach to enterprise accounting software.

Swifte is a mobile carpooling app for college students. In March 2018, they formed a partnership with Google/Waze Carpool, bringing affordable ridesharing to universities across the United States.I began my stint at this early-stage startup by uncovering the needs of riders and drivers through generative user research.
