Hey there, I'm Ted, a passionate Apparel and Product Design student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities!From a young age, I have been drawn to the world of fashion and design, and I'm thrilled to be pursuing my dream career. I'm always on the hunt for new knowledge and experiences to grow as a designer and make my mark in the industry.Through my academic journey, I've gained hands-on experience in a wide range of design techniques, including user-centered design, pattern making, sewing, and 3D modeling. I've also delved into the theory and practice of design thinking, materials science, and sustainable design practices.In 2020, I launched my own brand, Brutal Garments, where I upcycled clothing and screen-printed unique graphics onto used garments. This venture taught me invaluable lessons about the business side of fashion and helped me achieve $10,000 in revenue.Apart from my design skills, I pride myself on my leadership and collaboration abilities.
