As a growing IT Administrator I have gained knowledge far beyond what I could have ever imagined in my field of expertise. Yet even with what I've learned in this field I am still able to carry over the important talents from my previous jobs and apply them into the field of technology every day.Some of the most important abilities that I have and use every day include: - Being able to speak with an individual or group and get my point across effectively.- Being able to work alone or on a team to complete any project set before me.- Having the ability to think on my feet and work well unsupervised by having strong problem solving skills.- Being punctual and exceeding expectations in any job I do.- Having the ability to stay calm in any situation to be able to gather information, focus the problem, and resolve it to meet the business need.- Making the most of free time by researching new technologies and ways to improve business networks and infrastructure with new and creative ideas.Even with the skills, abilities, and knowledge I've learned there is still something new to learn every day.
