Since 1979, my goal has been to provide the highest standard of real estate service in the State of Utah. I have assisted over 700 families with their home selling or buying experience. I realize the responsibility I have to positively touch the life's of other while serving them with their house needs. Finding the perfect dream home, in the right area for the needs and wants of all family members, is extremely important to me. Serving others with their real estate needs is my passion!I was a general contractor and built over 100 homes including four awarding winning homes in the Salt Lake HBA Parade of Homes. I have represented home builders with major building projects in Park City, Salt Lake, Jeremy Ranch, Murray, Pleasant Grove, Lehi, Draper, Sandy and South Jordan, and St. George. I have managed a real estate brokerage of 158 agents and multiple building projects having model homes and teams of agents. I currently have a small team of real estate agents working for me in new construction, relocation, land development, resales and buyers. My wife Rosalie is a licensed Realtor and we work together every day. With her at my side, we form a unique team to enrich the real estate experience for our clients. Many of our clients come from out of state and we provide a smooth housing transition. With new construction, we can handle single build or spec jobs to a hundred unit project. We also take pride in providing the professional service to each individual client who calls on our properties or is referred to us.
