• Coordinate and oversee retail store and warehouse to sell product and deliver a high level of customer service
• Hire, train and motivate store staff to insure sales and profit targets are met
• Hire, train and motivate warehouse and delivery staff to keep inventory control correct. Insure deliveries are properly executed and customers are more than satisfied.
• Partner with Home Office and Director of stores on all Human Resource, Operations, IS, Training, Logistics and Customer Service Issues

• Implement new processes and procedures as a growing, new retail concept within the billiard industry

• Hire, train and motivate people 14 Store Sales Managers to insure sales and profit targets are met
• Administer, coordinate and implement all retail strategies in the field
• Ensure execution of all company policies and procedures
• Partner with Home Office and Field on all Human Resource, Operations, Training, Logistics and Customer Service issues
• Ensure execution of all company visual merchandising plans
• Provide on-going sales training and support to market sales staff
