Constantly developing the wellbeing of Solita people and keep culture alive and kicking! Main purpose is to create ways to improve people's possibilities to do their work with most flexible and agile way. My personal responsibilities 2018-2020:- Develop the next level of office spaces for Solita. How to change ways of working in the whole company and develop an office environment that supports the new ways of working.- Create office visio, strategy and concept for to be used in multisite and multinational environment. Use service design and design thinking principles to participate other solitans- All this design brought us the "Best office improvement act in Finland 2020" prize! Awesome prize for the project that was done by listening our people, managers and customers- Lead the change for the personnel, make sure that the new ways of working in multi purpose environment is used and accepted.- Design the way Solita wants to use office premises in the future. Taking care of office planning and act as a project manager/product owner of office building projects.- Mange the team building the sites, offices and high level concept. This included internal and external team members.- Create and be responsible of the budgets for the new office concept, design and development.Responsibilites 2017-2018:- Plan, execute, iterate, maintain various HRD projects. E.g. working in customer's premises, pulse surveys, ways of working, talent thinking- Develop ideas how HRD could better serve all the people in the company (organising, tasks, processes,..)- Setting up an academy for SW juniors (2017)- Ramp up an office to the University of Tampere (2017)- Developing and setting up the ways of working from customer's premises in culture company (2017)
