Here, I worked as a financial research analyst supporting Bloomberg in developing and publishing their Bloomberg Interactive Calculators (BICs). As a financial research analyst at Infosys BPM, I worked on developing automated financial models branded as BICs by Bloomberg. I focused on building automated financial models for European and Asian Healthcare, Consumer Durables, and Consumer Discretionary Sectors. In addition to this, I was responsible for building and maintaining a database on drug development and milestone completion for drugs developed by major pharmaceutical companies across the USA, Europe, and Asia. As a result of my exceptional performance with the company I was awarded “Performer of the Year – 2022” and “Star Performer of the Month – September”.

Here, I work as a senior equity research associate to support an on-shore team of equity analysts focused on European healthcare sector. At CRISIL, I track companies such as AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, Bayer, Sanofi, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, etc. in the pharmaceutical space. I am responsible for building and maintaining the financial model for all the companies under the analyst’s coverage. I also analyze merger and acquisition deals and compute potential impact post-merger on and compute expected returns from the deal. Additionally, I work on monthly reports tracking prescription trends for key therapeutic areas for companies under coverage.

Sutherland Global Services (SGS), a process transformation company, with a focus on helping clients in financial research domain to take apt and accurate investment decisions. Here, I worked with the Equity Research team on various projects. Played an instrumental role in converting some critical pilot projects for the team. In SGS, I supported on-shore equity research analysts covering Biotech and Digital Healthcare & Therapeutics companies. I tracked companies such as Amgen, Biogen, Celgene, Regeneron, DarioHealth, Tivity Health, HMS Holdings, Invitae etc. in the Biotech and Digital Healthcare & Therapeutics space. I was responsible for building and maintaining the financial model for all the companies under the analyst’s coverage. In addition to financial models, I also worked on writing initiation coverage reports, earnings review notes and periodical newsletters.As a special project, I worked building a model to conduct a feasibility study for multiple scenarios for an online laundry business using methods like IRR, NPV and payback period. Additionally, I conducted excel training's for multiple teams in SGS, covering a wide-range of excel functions and complex excel formulas.
