I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management with a Certification from the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria.My career as a Human Resource Professional has spanned several organizations (across several sectors of the economy) within Nigeria and Africa. It has involved leading teams to recruit & manage talents; develop, review, implement and reinforce structures & changes, that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of people and processes.Currently, I work with Ralds & Agate Ltd as an Engagement Manager leading and managing projects across different arms of the business.
