Field Services Engineer
Current• Supervision of site acceptance activities for new roll out and upgrades• Validation of all activities carried out by vendors on site and signing of JCC• Validation of all routine Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) carried out by contractors on power solution on site.• Site Visitation for spot checks and escalations of all snags to designated contractors to resolve.• Proactively engaging contractors to resolve issues escalated by customers and NOC• Strong working knowledge of pneumatic, electrical & mechanical equipment’s i.e. generators, rectifiers, HVAC• Establishes & maintains process performance metrics; tracking, analyzing & reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost and customer satisfaction.• Ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner and according to schedules and tiers.• Train or coordinate trainings in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques. • Prepares and reports cost analysis of maintenance & Liase with concerned vendors to fix.• Assists in the development of standard operating policies and procedures.• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills• Knowledge of manufacturing environment and continuous improvement of tools and techniques.• Able to diagnose the root cause of complex Mechanical and Electrical Faults.
