I established, developed and managed a volunteering programme that supported 600 volunteers, of which over 250 gained permanent employment through their volunteering activity.I led the programme to achieving Approved Provider status for Department of Work and Pensions, Jobcentre Plus, Learning Skills Council and Home Office ‘National Offender Management Service’, Accredited Centre status for British Computer Society, Oxford, Cambridge and RSA exam board, Open College Network and Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and the MATRIX standard for Adult Guidance services.
