Current* Serve as the primary point of contact managing contracts and business operations with military customers worldwide.* Draft, review, and manage proposals, contractual agreements, and nondisclosure agreements, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and global regulatory standards.* Communicate with various departments and customers to address contractual issues, resolve administrative queries, and provide guidance on contract requirements.* Prepare and draft internal and customer communications to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.* Analyze and assess legal and business documents to mitigate risks and ensure contract integrity.* Follow established contract processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Corporate and Division policies, including pricing policies, export compliance regulations, and contract terms and conditions.* Make recommendations related to business risk management, contract strategy development, and account management, providing insights to enhance contract performance and customer satisfaction.* Capture and maintain accurate records of contractual documents, ensuring proper distribution to stakeholders and compliance with retention requirements.* Input and manage contract data in various business systems with precision and accuracy. * Support Accounts Receivable with reconciliations, collections, and issuing credit memos as needed. * Coordinate and facilitate creation of purchase requisitions collaborating closely with supply chain and receiving teams to ensure timely receipt and processing.* Administrator of customer procure-to-pay portals and file-sharing sites, overseeing system functionality, communication, and collaboration with military customers.* Issue and process RMAs ensuring proper documentation and resolution of product returns.* Coordinate and schedule on-site and Teams meetings with military customers addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships.
