Over my 20+ years working in Customer Service, HR Outsourcing / PEO industries, I have been responsible for HR client support, employee benefits, recruiting, sales, social media, events, and trade show management.Since 2017, I’ve spent most of my time focused on event planning for a number of non-profit corporations in the Tampa Bay area, including one with the mission to help young girls forced into human trafficking, and another that supports our military service members by uncovering resources to assist with needs not covered by DOD funding. During the COVID pandemic, I created Tampa Planning Solutions, an event, rental, and planning company creating unique themed dinner parties for the social enthusiast who love decorating their tables with pizzazz! The planning side of the business provides consulting services to local nonprofits focused on increasing revenues to support their mission's cause, and to other folks in need of a leader to plan and organize their events.As Lead Event Planner, I use my credentials as a highly motivated business and community service professional skilled at networking, relationship development, social media outreach, fundraising, logistics, budgets, and executing small to medium size events for maximum positive effect. I love helping charitable organizations that have a passion to help others.Additionally, in 2022, I started a new journey with The Josh Bersin Company, managing corporate events and conferences.
