VRAV serves to educate and assist Virginia elections officials.

This position serves as a Business Analyst and primary point of contact for the state-wide voter registration system interacting with technology partners, subject matter election policy experts, special election committees, and General Registrars to perform the following: - manage the voter information in the Virginia Election Information System (VERIS); -assess the functionality, development, modification and enhancement of the system; -serve as a Help Desk Analyst by managing trouble tickets and change requests submitted by the election community; -administer the system for maintaining and tracking help desk requests; -assist with developing VERIS training materials.
