With over 15 years of experience in the civic and social organization industry, I am a seasoned leader and strategist in grant compliance and operations. As the Director of Grant Compliance at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta (BGCMA), I ensure the alignment and reporting of all government grants and contracts with the organization's mission, goals, and policies, overseeing a portfolio of over $10 million annually.Prior to joining BGCMA, I served as the Chief Operations and Strategy Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of the CSRA, managing the daily operations, programs, human resources, facilities, and budget of 12 clubs serving over 2,800 youth. I am also skilled in mentoring and training, having developed and implemented a leadership development program for high-potential leaders within the Boys & Girls Club Movement, earning the Leadership Next 2020 honor. My passion is to empower and inspire young people to reach their full potential through education, career, and character development.
