· Manage full life cycle of all areas of recruiting, including, but not limited to: sourcing, selecting, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates for a wide range of technical and professional positions from entry-level to director-level across the global Facilities and Asset Lifecycle (FAL) group of Fortive, which is comprised of three operating companies (OpCos): Accruent, Gordian, and ServiceChannel.o In 2023, filled 63 roles within North America, maintaining an 89% offer acceptance rate with an average of 42-day time-to-fill (TTF).o Contribute to increased diversity hiring for the organization, presenting a diverse slate of candidates in panel interviews for 64% of all reqs in 2023, and 80% of my external hires being diverse in Q3 2023.· Utilize dashboards and standard work to support FAL Talent Acquisition center of excellence with processes and integrated metrics. o Manage two Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) concurrently (Greenhouse and Taleo) to maintain the recruitment process and keep accurate details on all candidates across three OpCos.· Solely responsible for collecting all FAL metrics globally as related to historical TTF/hiring – including data storytelling & tracking trends.· Function as a consultant to hiring managers by building business acumen and leveraging data and persuasive communication.o Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders across the FAL OpCos to help them identify job requirements, create interview guides, develop sourcing strategies, and use data to drive hiring decisions in efforts to fill talent gaps.

· Managed full life cycle of all areas of technical and professional recruiting, including, but not limited to: sourcing, selecting, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates, for primarily entry-level and Evergreen positions.o While in the Associate TA role, filled 51 roles across the U.S and Brazil, maintaining an 89% offer acceptance rate with an average of 35-day TTF.o Led Business Development Representative (BDR) recruitment for the US Marketing team, resulting in 11 BDRs hired with an average of 15-day TTF; scaled recruitment by hiring 8 of those BDRs within 30 days.· Collaborated with global TA colleagues and the Global Marketing team to support employer branding efforts, including creating a LinkedIn “Life” page for the Business Development team, developing a sourcing e-book for prospective candidates, and conceptualizing and executing a ‘Welcome Video’ from C-Suite People Team leader for all new hires.· Organized and prepared recruiting data analytics for the Global TA team quarterly business reviews and weekly meetings.
