It’s hard to talk about one’s own accomplishments, so I’ll let my record of achievement do it for me. While developing my technical skills in the U.S. Army, I was promoted through multiple roles with increasing leadership accountability. As a Technical Helpdesk Specialist, I scored 100% on all physical and knowledge-based evaluations. After earning a promotion to Senior Helpdesk Technician, I was handpicked to help with the highest-level tasks for generals and commanders as well as to develop reference manuals and trainings to drive technical and procedural competency among staff. I constantly monitored analytics to identify opportunities to streamline processes and accelerate efficiency. Also, I personally delivered consistent, high-quality customer service while working to elevate the knowledge and ability of my entire team. Now, after more than four years of success serving our country, I’m excited to enter the civilian workforce.
