Currently I produce all of the Operations Analysis and Reporting, not only to the Operations Director and his Management Team, but also Senior Sales Managers and the Finance Director. The creation of my Service Dashboard has been a roaring success, and is now used by multiple teams within the business. This was developed not only to give the customer precise, accurate and well presented data, but also to aid the operation and show our performance and resources. Now used monthly by Account Managers it is also often used in Board Meetings, and had provided a valuable tool in winning new business as well as retaining key accounts.
