Working in partnership with designers, architects, manufacturers, hoteliers, hotel staff and contractors, I purchase product, prepare and execute hotel and resort renovations. Since joining Hallmark Hospitality Services, I've set up and concurrently managed two major renovation projects -- located more than 100 miles apart -- achieving all key milestones on an aggressive timetable.

I managed hotel and interval ownership renovations on behalf of this design, procurement and general contracting firm -- working to consistently stringent timelines and budgets. Key achievements included the conversion of numerous units into fully ADA-compliant guestrooms or timeshares, and participating in the public space renovation of Salishan Spa & Resort on the Oregon Coast.

I project managed commercial door and hardware installations, performing all materials take offs, selecting and building install crews and managing complex installations. Working in partnership with property owners, I consistently surpassed expectations and met all client and schedule demands.

I launched a general contracting business, first focusing on residential new home construction and subdivision management, then turned my focus to domestic steel building construction. I gained knowledge of all aspects of the construction and renovation process -- from design to manufacturing to purchasing to vendor and client management. This experience enabled me to understand how all aspects of renovation projects impact each stakeholder, and also the importance of collaboration to ensure the success of the initiative.
