Led a team of editors, strategic communicators, and in-house creative and brand experts bringing the Kansas City Fed’s story to life for the public and employees. • As part of Public Affairs lead team, helped drive a data-centric direction, including establishing a comprehensive internal communications plan, implementing a project intake and management tool, and documenting/auditing processes. • Provided communications strategy and support for senior leaders, including overseeing Town Hall meetings, annual strategy rollout, and President retirement and onboarding communications plans and tactics. • Supported Human Resources and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team with counsel and execution for employer brand, compensation, leadership development, employee resource groups, food service, and manager communications. • Led employee communications to ensure messages and channels were engaging, consistent and connected, playing a pivotal role throughout evolving phases of the pandemic. • Managed in-house publication and creative team which delivered quarterly magazine, video, graphic design and brand.• Served as product manager for a complex portfolio of internal and external platforms to support evolving user expectations, drove adoption of Agile practices in partnership with IT and delivered on-time, on-budget redesigns of economic survey tool, digital signage, website and intranet. • Publications: Office of Women and Minority Inclusion Report to Congress, TEN Magazine
