I am a Customer Service Representative at Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), where I provide administrative assistance to the management team and handle incoming calls, invoices, and payments. I have been working in this role since April 2023, and I enjoy being part of a collaborative and diverse organization that serves the regional needs of the Phoenix metropolitan area.Prior to joining MAG, I spent over five years as a Patient Access Representative at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, where I verified insurance benefits, managed medical supply inventory, and performed clinic director duties when needed. I also worked as an Office Manager at Ageless Men's Health for one and a half years, where I maintained detailed administrative processes, organized documents, and prepared payroll and reports. Through these experiences, I developed supervisory skills, patient care management skills, and administration skills that enable me to deliver high-quality customer service and support. I am passionate about helping people and improving their well-being while continuing to work on my own personal growth through my work and my life.
