Over 30 years of utility industry experience.Over 25 years of system design and development in many different business areas including Wall Street. I follow a very successful process to drive the true business needs and develop a product that the end user will embrace. I have made several presentations at AWWA conferences on Selections and implementations for both Customer Information Billing systems(CIS) and Automated Meter Reading (AMR/AMI) systems.I have developed various dashboards for monitoring the AMI implementation statistics, work management, mobile dispatching and others. I have extensive experience in project management and in management in general. I have taken projects from the beginning or requirements definition phase to the implementation and support phases. I have extensive experience with CRM and managing the projects to improve the quality of the software tool being used. I work closely with the subject matter experts and upper management to ensure that they get the most for their dollar. When working with a CRM project I fully utilize a change management system to track any enhancements the super users may decide they need. I also work with them to build the cost justification for the enhancements and the risk analysis for the impact to the project for the modification.I am currently helping electric and water utilities with their SMARTGRID decisions, AMI/AMR selection through implementation, CIS selection through implementation..Specialties: People Skills, motivating team members, meeting corporate goals.
