I am responsible for 8 dental providers, 4 dentists and 4 hygienists. I help my team by preparing invoices, processing payments, draw-up dental estimates for major treatment, manage patient flow in the office, and conduct COVID screen precautions. During my down time, I help reduce accumulating insurance A/R and follow up on outstanding patient balances that need to be addressed. I monitor the orthodontic program to ensure continuous accurate billing and upload progress photos to patient files. I have also untaken a substantial project to organize and digitize old dental records and reports.
