Technical Support Director for a project team of over 35 AMS staff responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a new customer billing system utilizing AMS’s Usage Pricing and TieLine CAMS Billing software. Responsibilities included: managing all phases of the software development lifecycle including all aspects of project control and staff management for this multi-year $120 million engagement. Primary areas of support were systems software and database administration.
