Testing Leader / Senior Test Engineer with the following responsibilities:• Estimate and review testing efforts as part of the overall development effort• Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines.• Define test strategy, functional, non-functional, regression, load, automation, and security and performance tests.• Development and definition of test plans including their test strategies.• Defect reporting and documentation.• Generation of metrics for stakeholders.• Active participation in testing cycle of the software development life cycle (requirements gathering, prototyping, architecture, detailed design, and development)• Experience creating, performing, documenting and reviewing technical/functional test cases• Executing functional, system, integration and end to end test cases• Coaching new testers.• Technical support for testers.• Coach and mentor junior peers
