I love to research and share my knowledge with others. My early years in customer service have helped me develop skills in finding mutually beneficial solutions and in acquiring the heart of a teacher. I believe in finding creative solutions and helping people with any issues in my realm of knowledge. I am driven to look past my position to find ways to help other teams and improve my own skillset. I have won substantial awards at two companies after being nominated by co-workers for going above and beyond my job description.I pursue communication through visualization, as this has proven an invaluable format to avoid misunderstandings and pitfalls.My inquisitive nature has recently brought me to seek out skills in data science as I'm convinced we can create proactive solutions through predictive analytics.
