Responsible for Global Data & Analytics IT team to design, develop, deploy and manage predictive modeling solutions, data lake platforms and business intelligence (BI) operational dashboards within Chubb’s Claims organization. Successfully transitioned on-premises based legacy data solutions to a highly scalable, flexible and secured Data Lake and Claims Common Business Definition (CBD) data repository on Azure Cloud Platform leveraging industry leading technology stacks. This was achieved through close collaborations with business stakeholders, vendor partners and IT associates both onshore and offshore stringently following SAFe Agile practices. This platform and its data & analytics solutions became corporate assets and integral parts for business insights and operations for Claims, Actuaries, and other critical functions within Chubb. • Stood up Data Lake & Claims CBD for first time in Chubb Overseas Group (COG) and implemented new Fraud models • Expanded Data Lake and CBD for North America & COG with new structured and unstructured claims data sources • Developed and deployed real-time predictive models for the first time leveraging latest Azure based technology stack• Decommissioned and migrated 40+ legacy SAS models to Python models aligned with cloud-based target architecture• Transitioned business built legacy dashboards to strategic data lake sourced automated daily BI operational insights• Effectively managed 100+ onshore and offshore team members from Chubb IT, vendors and business partners• Analytics Program manager & Release Train Engineer for 8+ scrum teams strictly following SAFe agile methodologies • Assisted in defining organizations cloud strategy and implemented a highly secured analytics Data Lake on Azure
