Responsible for deploying and scaling up U-Report (open-source mobile messaging program) on Phase 1, currently implementing response to COVID-19 crisis i.e., remote learning support, GBV, and Child Protection SMS based helpline and WASH monitoring.Key responsibilities:• Provide technical guidance and leadership on the introduction and functionality of opensource systems in Lesotho • Strengthen partnerships with the private sector such as mobile network providers, design and social media companies• Develop U-Report Strategy, in consultation with UNICEF and partners (including government, NGOs, and CSOs) • Develop Partnership Engagement and Sustainability Strategy, considering UNICEF’s long-term capacity (human resources, financial) to support implementation beyond phase one • In collaboration with the Child Protection Officer, develop a strategy to respond to child protection / GBV type reports• Work with stakeholders to deploy the pilots, scale as appropriate, and secure partner buy-in and ownership (including government, NGOs, CSOs, and the private sector) • Provide capacity building around real-time monitoring for UNICEF focal points, government counterparts, and NGO partners; include advanced training on U-Report as appropriate• Develop capacity building material for UNICEF and partners • Workshops with adolescents in communities as a strategy to scale up the project• MERL Documentation, capturing the lifetime of the project, lessons learned, and best practices throughout the Phase 1 of the project

U-Report Brasil is a project aimed at expanding the rights of adolescents and young people through research and advocacy. UNICEF's innovation office initiative has been taking ownership of social networks since 2015, as well as relations between civil society, the public sector and third sector organizations to mobilize vulnerable sectors of the population.• Build monthly information provision and data collection campaigns on adolescent and youth rights.• Production and analysis of data related to Brazilian youth rights.• Systematization of results and progress for reporting to the financiers.• Network development and relationships with partners of the worked agendas. • Leading the design, communication and research team.
