Launching new services from scratch. In charge of biz strategy, building the team, managing sales & operations to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

Feature: Group acquisition, Merchant communication, Voucher Redemption portal.Research:• Collect data on consumers, competitors, marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation• Conduct user research: survey, interview, contextual observations, usability testingDesign:• Generate product/design ideas to improve the users’ journey• Evaluate design solutions through data analytics, usability testing, user interview, and user observation

Run 5 program seasons with up to 200 alumni from more than 10 countries globally. Key responsibilities:- Make strategy for program development (international Liberal Arts camp & local major orientation camp)- Establish program concept & objectives- Recruit organizing team- Mentor organizing team about fundraising, content development, recruitment of mentor & mentee, training, implementation of program

- Directly work with the Head of Experience and Operation of Manabie to make strategies for service offering and expansion (OMO education service)- Conduct detailed planning of new service, operations and tracking- Conduct training for operation team- Monitor trackings and conduct auditing to initiate improvement process.- Write up standardized operation procedures (SOPs) for the current and future scale of the business. In the earlier phase of my working experience at Manabie, I focused on doing user research, and service design. Those experiences have been transformed into a foundation for how I work in the strategy layer.
