In-charge of Outdoor category (wood, PE rattan and metal furniture) & Home improvement category (hand pallet lifting carts, car cleaning & accessories)• Analyze import share data for potentials• Sourcing & Customer management – examine sourcing markets; find new/better suppliers and products; execute agreed sourcing strategy plan; develop annual buying calendar; plan catalog schedule; review and adapt customers' demands• Product development & Article management – define product requirements; review & revise assortment; compare price & product and confirm product for offer; responsible for defining and collecting article category & structure• Supplier & Offer management – monitor supplier performance; offer comparison/analysis• Sample handling/Showroom management – ensure samples are properly checked and set theme for the showroom• Buying trips & Sample meetings – host meeting /supplier visit with buyers; work with buyers on order placement, article development and confirm order; prepare trip report; consolidate customer demands; organize/join supplier visit for article sourcing; coordinate article selection with suppliers & buyers; prepare offer for meeting; collect order quantities; follow-up order placement after meeting and confirm order• Order process – check if testing cost and/or artwork cost can be covered; check order details; manage on-time shipment. Ensure proper follow up for PO acceptance, order amendment, product plan, testing process and artwork process; ensure eQC files completed and QC inspection followed-up• Claim handling – negotiate claims and issue debit & credit note

In-charge of Pottery category (including terracotta, ceramics, polystone, fiberglass, PE rattan and water-hyacinth planters and gardening decorations)• Product development – obtain quotation and collect samples• Article management – define article category & structure, collect article information from business partners, create new articles in system and maintain accurate article information• Offer management – prepare & create offer to customer (e.g. offer sheet)• Sample handling – request sample from suppliers, track & trace sample shipment, check samples, prepare sample shipment to customer including documentation & packing, coordinate samples for sample meetings• Showroom management – arrange showroom in accordance to theme as set by supervisor• Buying trips – prepare trip itineraries, arrange appointments with suppliers, arrange meeting logistics and prepare offers and samples for order placement• Order process – input order, hedge order, collect order data from business partners and complete order. Follow up with supplier for PO acceptance, amend order, follow up production plan, testing process, artwork process and complete eQC file. Follow up QC inspection and communicate order status to customers
