At Varicent a few things I do within the Customer Education organization are:- Lead development for a variety of high-profile education initiatives- Design and develop robust eLearning curriculum using instructional design principles and adult learning principles for Varicent's industry-leading sales performance management software products- Appear on camera as an instructor in a variety of eLearning offerings- Operate at all levels of the training cycle, from Training Needs Analysis to Post Delivery Measurement- Curriculum architecture design- Maintain quality by establishing and enforcing organization styles and standards- Perform quality assurance testing on course materials- Mentor junior team members- Forge relationships across the organization- Create and deliver fun, live, high-energy hands-on lab sessions- Work with a variety of industry standard course development tools including Articulate Rise, Camtasia, SnagIt, Microsoft Office- Artificial Intelligence early adopter, utilizing AI for a variety of curriculum development tasks to improve quality and time to market
