Taiwan Queer Guide is a B2B2C information site, an event ticket seller, and collaborated with tour agencies to sell tours and packages. Spearheaded platform growth, achieving over 200 vendor registrations and a 35,000+ user base within a year. Designed platform specifications and user interfaces, providing solutions to technical challenges and enhancing user experience. Secured annual TWD$9M government support for LGBTQ tourism, launching innovative campaigns like the 'Color Taipei' Rainbow Bus Tour.

 Directed NGO efforts within the Marriage Equality Alliance, contributing to Taiwan's historic legalization of gay marriage. Developed Pridewatch.tw, a data-driven voting guide, achieving over 100k monthly pageviews and influencing public opinion on social issues. Lobbied with high-ranking officials, such as the President, Executive Yuan, Ministries, and legislators, advocating for LGBT rights and impacting policy at the national level.

Index is an internet marketing agency, working with major clients such as Coca Cola, Kanebo, Orbis, Clinique.  Led the technical team, deciding on best technologies to apply for various interactive advertising projects. Developed mobile apps in iOS/Andorid for educational institutions. Designed interactive wedding expo show at Beijing World Trade Center.

Joined Lion Travel's technical team to Xiamen, China to develop travel ERP system for local travel agency. As the Xiamen travel agency based all transaction with paperwork, we helped to design their ERP system from scratch. Designed and developed an ERP system for leading tour organizations, streamlining operations and improving service delivery. Conducted thorough demand analysis and user education, ensuring the system met the specific needs of local users in China.

 Contributed to the full software life cycle development of ViaVoice, a large-scale enterprise voice recognition software. Authored product roadmaps and led international teams, resulting in the successful globalization of the product. Managed the quality assurance team for several releases of Eclipse platform. A US patent owner for a mirrored file manager system.
