I worked as a full stack developer on a team that creates a business intelligence web application for call centers. I used the ASP.NET stack combined with with AngularJS, Microsoft SQL, and MongoDB.My major accomplishment was leading the creation of a modern data visualization dashboard, a primary component of ClearView's product. This dashboard is now in production use by thousands of call center supervisors and agents, allowing them to view real-time and historical data. After handing off the dashboard project I became a key player in migrating ClearView's platform to AWS. This task included gaining a deep understanding of the codebase and enhancing complex data-driven backend software that powers the core features of the BI aspect of the product. Completion of this migration helped cut expenses and increase performance of the user-facing web site.

As a Content Administrator, I used a ticketing system to receive IT- and development-related requests from internal departments. I also designed and wrote internal desktop applications using C#, .NET, and SQL. While creating documentation on tools and services used, I maintained an in-depth understanding of processes involved in the production workflow. This allowed me to test and perform QA on tools and services designed by other developers.

While working in the inventory department, I managed a stream of incoming and outgoing digital and physical content. I also worked closely with project managers to meet the deadlines for deliverable images to Ancestry's partners.
