As a Head Cashier for The Home Depot I am responsible for the maintenance and performance of the cashiers and lot associates. As a Kitchen and Bath associate for Home Depot, I was responsible for maintaining and managing showroom and product displays. I worked with do it yourself customers and professional customers to create bathroom designs and recommend products for repairs. I worked in maintaing stock product and shelf appearance. As an associate at Home Depot, my primary task was to provide excellent customer service. I did this through my own personal knowledge and recommendations of product and solutions. If a situation arose in which I was unable to assist the customer, I partnered with fellow associates who had the knowledge and skill to solve the customers problem.

With support from my supervisors i drafted and released two Facebook sweepstakes. I also coordinated the sponsors text coupon campaign released through the official Dew Downtown Flagstaff text number. I also compiled multiple reports and presentations of our results from the event to account for how much the exposure we received in relation to how much was actually paid for by the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
