Froedtert Hospital and ThedaCare merged effective January 1, 2024. The governance structure will include a corporate Board, supported by North and South Region Boards. I will be representing ThedaCare on the North Region Board, starting approximately June 1, 2024.

Thedacare, Inc. is a medical provider steeped in history and high quality care. ThedaCare is a regional medical organization based in Neenah, WI and governed by a Corporate Board. We also have a Critical Access hospital network with locations in New London, WI, Shawano, WI, Waupaca, WI, Berlin, WI and Wild Rose, WI. Each critical access hospital engages a Board as part of its operations. Critical Access Board work includes quality and safety metrics, physician credentialing, system advocacy and fundraising.

My banking career, including 12+ years in senior leadership, helped me realize I have a perspective that could provide solutions to others' challenges. My style is observational and grass-roots, influenced by working with hundreds of small to mid-market businesses, experiencing countless business scenarios and working with people of all personality types, skill sets and histories. I am thankful that my work has offered me opportunities to see what TO do and what NOT to do in order to be successful. From "Big Picture" efforts such as development of Mission/Vision/Values, building a team culture or creating an exit strategy to granular work such as improving financial reporting/metrics, growing your sales and improving your profitability - and everything in between - I would appreciate an opportunity to earn your business and collaborate with you!I also have a sub-specialty of what could generally be called speech writing and that connects to an affinity for public speaking. That would include motivational pieces and "state of the company" commentary for business leadership, political speeches, fundraising presentations and public relations related needs.

Specializing in muskies and smallmouth bass, I aim to provide a terrific experience on the water. I am also putting time into learning the Fox River Walleye experience for future opportunities. A guided day of fishing can be for an individual in the traditional sense.......but what about for a family outing, corporate junket, employee reward, client appreciation or vendor thank you?! I work with all levels of anglers and do enjoy working with younger or less experienced anglers. In those cases, we will work on the "what", "why" and "how" of the day BEFORE we hit the water. For the less experienced, there will be discussion of why we chose a body of water and how we're going to fish it as well as how to use the equipment (i.e. tying appropriate knots, casting lessons, lure types) and why it is being used. I am familiar with bodies of water in many Wisconsin counties so there are many options to make your excellent experience happen. If you are an angler(s) with experience, we'll get you on the water and hunting the fish pronto. I have experience as a former Field Staff member for Frabill and Fig Rig Rods because I understand the difference between ProMOTIONAL versus Professional (I consider myself very much the former, not the latter). I am open to adding such responsibilities to my guiding endeavors. I have metrics to substantiate successes and will be pleased to share those with you upon request.
