To support this, I personally sourced over 200 Fibre Engineers Nationwide, successfully managing them through the process from the skills/suitability qualification up until the Assessment Centres. Succesfully, bulk-recruiting over 100 engineers into their new role.A couple of our success stories to date -💥 We worked with an AltNet operator as they went through their initial round of funding. We helped them to grow from 5 to 125 heads.
