As a member of a two man team, I am responsible for all facility work at all 4 Peak10 Nashville area data centers. I am expected to insure all UPS systems (including batteries), all HVAC systems, all chilled water plants, and all generators are online and available to support 100% uptime for our facilities. Coordinate with provisioning team and help maximize datacenter utilization. Our clients include: Redhat, BMI, Pergo, PGA, and Tractor Supply to name a few.

• Provide direction for enhancing and supporting enterprise infrastructure of school.• Evaluate and purchase hardware and software for school wide projects and growth.• Train and support school staff/teachers on existing and new technologies and software used within the school.• Converted entire school to use Google Apps Education edition, saving thousands of dollars on existing products.• Purchase and maintain all licenses for all products used (Microsoft, anti virus, etc) and worked with vendors for best possible pricing.• Solely Supported and maintained datacenter and all computers (notebooks/desktops) within infrastructure.• Provide direction for implementing and purchasing school database solutions.• Responsible for instructing and managing school interns assigned to various computer responsibilities.

• Resolve hardware and software based issues for Dell Customers via phone based support queue..• Provide consulting for Dell Customers Pre and Post Sales.• Worked with Dell vendors to resolve unique technical issues in order to supply Dell and customers with solutions to those unique problems.• Worked with Sales Associates to design solutions for small to medium sized business customers.

Supervised and trained a team of 110 technicians that provided executive and escalation support in addition to Dell's Gold Technical support team. Worked with customers demanding managerial intervention of unresolved issues or where requested.

Supervised a team of three technicians which designed, deployed, and maintained five Exchange servers, while providing on-site coverage for over 4000 clients. Created training procedures for and trained 3 Exchange support technicians. Supervised and provided top-level technical support for a team of four technicians supporting one hundred and eighteen servers and more than one thousand workstations. Worked as technical mentor and consultant to technicians at three Dell facilities. Established and implemented standards for email, data backup and restoration, and desktop installation and maintenance.
