In support of the Perkins Coie marketing and graphic design department, I'm responsible for producing graphic design and digital collateral elements which maintain brand identity across all visual representations of the firm. This includes printed materials, online media, expositions, interactive media as well as other environments in which law practices would typically be visually showcased.As a member of the design department, I help to collaborate and create engaging marketing and communication materials to promote corporate, commercial litigation, intellectual property and other law practices across a plethora of industries. I'm also responsible to ensure the visual elements being produced for advertising, marketing and media help set the Perkins Coie firm apart from other law firms while maintaining the high standard which the brand has come to represent.

Through collaboration with the technology and engineering team, I defined UX and UI design elements through wire-frames and mock-ups. I utilized A/B testing to validate design changes and oversaw the final implementation of those changes to the current live site. I also created and maintained individual partner websites (including support pages) and trained the business partners on implementation of those websites. Researched organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets. Researched the needs of other companies and learned who makes decisions about partnerships. Contacted potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Planned and oversaw new marketing initiatives.Planned, designed, built and oversaw an expo booth at multiple national winter industry consumer and customer sales events across the country. Attended conferences, meetings, and industry events. Prepared digital and physical presentations and sales displays. Administrated and directed 100+ students in various musical ensembles. Program coordinator for the development of the marching band program and its students. Created, facilitated and maintained a website for the entire band program organization. Composed music using Sibelius/Finale for several ensembles. Directed all percussion students and activities. Worked to create a positive environment where learning without pressure could occur. Focused on individualized improvement through lessons and coaching to assist students in progression as instrumentalists.

Personally assisting the creative director of Island Company, I was frequently required to help with daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, note taking, and project management.In addition to the company related tasks, I was also taking care of personal tasks for the Creative Director and the Island Company team.My duties included maintenance, hardware, software, and new project management for all computers(Windows/Mac), peripherals, TV's, and electronics throughout the entire company.
