After a prolific career as a journalist - one in eight stories for the Daily Telegraph and Evening Standard were front page news - I left the world of media in 2012 and co-founded a company called 100th Monkey. More than a decade on and happily at the helm of a thriving business, I have the privilege of leading a troop of trainers, facilitators, coaches and consultants.
