Primary responsibilities include creating and/or overseeing the creation of all marketing materials used by distributors of Plexus products, including but not limited to websites, brochures, catalogs, product labels, daily email newsletters, contests, promotions/sales, system-generated emails, shipping inserts, and more. Oversee the company’s social media strategy. Working to develop new techniques to enable ease-of-business for distributors, such as mobile and back office updates and improvements. Successfully stepped in as interim Customer Service manager for approximately 4 months when the department first grew to 10 employees and needed supervisory presence. Work closely with Executives to create and maintain company-wide contests and promotions. Host weekly conference call for distributors promoting the company and products. Work across all departments to ensure new products are launched on time with accompanying marketing materials (web/print).
