Processed new hire and Termination requests as needed.  Imaged and Thin Provisioned Mac based computer systems with Mac-OS Mojave 10.4, using JSS Level 2 problem resolution of all computing, software and performance issues escalated from the Performance Bars on site. Processed Software licensing requests for department specific applications and tools such as Adobe CC, SAP bi, Tableau, Visio and Project (Microsoft) for Mac and PC environment Assistant Asset Manager for the Converse World HQ Depot. This included ordering, tracking, processing all new computing assets, consumables and peripherals tagging and stocking the depot per SOP. Processing request for equipment in various other sites for Nike and Converse throughout the United States. Refreshing employee assets globally per 3 year SLA.Lead VIP Technician duties included Working Severity 3 Tickets generated in Service Now. “Sev3” calls are generated and warm transferred directly to myself, as the Lead VIP Tech for Converse Corporate HQ. With a 1 hour “call to resolution” SLA, our C and VP level executives receive immediate white glove service to resolve any digital issues that may arise. Traveling Technology Technician for East Coast based Nike Showrooms Using Concur for travel hotel and airfare, my duties involved travel to satellite sites and Showrooms run by Nike World Headquarters East Coast. I traveled between NYC, and Tampa showrooms setting up technology as needed, moving old equipment to be destroyed or recycled, installing new equipment as needed, these were usually project based initiatives from Nike HQ.
