Erica believes that everyone should be able to bring their whole selves to work and that can lead to delivering astronomical results, but to do that we need to invest employees' overall well-being and growth.Erica has been a coach in a variety of fields for the past 10+ years. As a former collegiate strength & conditioning coach, it is Erica's philosophy to condition the mind just as one would condition the body. Through a framework she calls “Mental Conditioning,” Erica works with clients to help them learn, grow and adapt to reach new horizons for their businesses and themselves.As a facilitator & speaker, Erica incorporates proven research, science and psychology to back principles/models, this is paired with humor, real-life application, and extremely interactive participation.
