Lead Different is built on the belief that we are all capable of leading from any position and that leadership can come in many different forms or roles. With the ever-evolving state of change of organizations we have witnessed the best leaders are the ones that can adapt, adjust and are willing to learn new ways to think different, be different and lead different. With everything we teach or speak on we filter it through our three lenses: 1. Inclusion: Guiding and educating leaders to understand the importance of diversity, equity & inclusion and its application into everyday life and decisions 2. Leadership: Understanding that one can lead from any position, they must first learn to effectively lead themselves before they can lead others or aspire to new levels of greatness 3. Well-Being: Recognizing the importance of self-care, all around health, and empathy for yourself and others.
