I am currently in my Junior Year at the University of Arizona. As a member of Pi Kappa Phi, I’m responsible for planning, managing, and executing all community service events sponsored by the fraternity chapter, and has a two year history of planning exceptionally successful events. Most notable have been Push America's Give a Push Weekends, and Pi Kappa Phi's War of Roses. War of Roses is, to date, Pi Kappa Phi's most successful community service event, helping Push America raise over $31,000 in funds to help renovate and refurbish facilities for handicapped and disabled community centers.I grew up in Plainview, New York, a town located in Nassau County, Long Island. From a very early age, I was a developing athlete, having taken a keen interest in basketball, baseball, and football. Having been exposed to athletics from a very early age, I followed through with sports through the years into middle school, and then into high school. Having been introduced to contact sports from an early age, and excelling at them, I ended up getting into wrestling at an early age. I became a member of the high school wrestling team his freshman year at Plainview-Old Bethpage/JFK High School, and was a member of the varsity wrestling team through graduation in 2011. During my tenure on my high school wrestling team, I had a successful track record, having taken second place in my weight division at county qualifiers as a sophomore, and placing 1st or 2nd at all regular season tournaments. I was also named "All Conference" my Junior and Senior years of High School.
