On-water personal training for rowers : on a one-on-one basis, I teach people of all athletic levels and ages. I teach novices how to row and I make the more experienced rowers faster. I effectively teach recreational rowers and active competitors. For the competitive middle school, high school and collegiate rower, I instruct, show and challenge each to reach their highest level of rowing competence so current and future coaches notice. A secret: I had been helping athletes attain their goals for almost 26 years off the water. Now, with 38 years rowing experience, these services are provided with active, on-water, one-on-one instruction.
