CurrentContinued leadership role in shaping the company's learning and development strategy, including collaboration with executive leadership and key business leaders, conducting needs assessments, designing and delivering learning offerings for various audiences (employees, teams, front-line managers, and senior leaders). Play a key role in the company's culture and future of work efforts and helping to redesign the L&D strategy as the company increases in size from 900+ to over 2,000 employees through a three-way organizational merger and company rebranding from 2021 - 2023.
