Provided client support to targeted customers of the wholesale business segment of AT&T/Ameritech throughout the five-state Ameritech region in the midwestern United States. Included sales support and service activities, program management, established and conducted customer service meetings and developed teaching programs for client specific products and services serving the alarm monitoring industry.✤ Received recognition for fast-tracking a customer move from Cleveland to Akron of custom designed circuits, after the initial cutover failed on a Friday evening and managing the problem for 36 straight hours until Sunday morning, so that the customer would be up and running for business the next day.✤ Directed a cross-functional team of network professionals in the development and implementation of custom designed network circuit projects and successfully tested and turned them on prior to the customer due date.

Provided oversight and was the key customer contact for Energy Retrofit Projects and Programs that were tailored to primarily school districts for the Chicago Metro Region. Due to the limited governmental funds, these specifically tailored projects would allow that school district to have new building infrastructure and the means to pay for the project came from the energy savings generated by the work and installation of new equipment over a certain contract period.✤ Consistently oversaw projects on time, under budget and with high degree of satisfaction from the Chicago Metro Region School Districts.✤ Successfully tested and commissioned the FS90 Fire Alarm Panels for Joliet Junior College over the Christmas break week...two complete panels for the entire campus.
