I've had the opportunity to experience a very diverse group of jobs up to this point in my career. The roots of my insurance industry journey started with becoming a fully licensed State Farm agent while still attending college. Thank you, Mr. Dennis Olive, for giving me the opportunity and believing in me. After college, I went on to American Modern Insurance Group and obtained the most valuable experience any insurance professional could ask for...claims. This is where the rubber hits the road. This is where the collection of paper we call policies and promises becomes real. I have so many memories of seeing families in such distress, with heart-shattering stories, and we were able to help them pick up the pieces and make them whole again. There is truly nothing more rewarding!I've had the pleasure of taking those valuable experiences from the claims side of the house and applying them on the sales side of the house. So many times, I noted assorted agent mistakes, coverage oversights, or just general lack of updating coverages. My most notable benefactors of this experience was when I served as the Field Sales Representative and Sales Team Leader position with Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group. I attained much success and valuable trust with my potential customers, because I was able to point out so many deficiencies, oversights, and poorly constructed competitor coverage plans.
