• Conducted extensive research and delivered reports on Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV); their impact on current geometric designs, standards, and policies; their potential benefits; infrastructure implications; emerging technologies that may arise from their adoption; and previous pilot programs. • Conducted data analysis using R and excel to understand how the I-85 corridor could benefit from the corridor adaptive ramp metering program (CARM) and alleviate congestion.• Developed data framework for expenditures accrued during the California High Speed Rail Project and supported in the QA/QC process of finalizing the quarterly board report. Managed and processed data to be fed into the IMPLAN economic report. • Facilitated ‘As Is’ workshops to assess clients' present asset management, organizational structures, and internal roles and responsibilities. Assessment then informed business process maps designed on Visio.• Supported development of the Alaska Long-Range Transportation Plan (LTRP) addressing Alaska’s major freight transportation modes within the context of long-range statewide transportation planning. Leveraged Tableau software to translate annual metrics into relevant insight.

• Assisted in investigating the role of the RNA-binding protein Musashi-2 in normal and malignant hematopoietic biology as well as the effect of IKZF2 depletion in myeloid leukemia cells.• Helped develop a CRISPR system in haploid KBM7 cells and conducted western blot processes.

• Assisted in surgeries on mice to investigate the fundamental mechanisms that couple mitochondrial behavior with cellular energetic demand after cardiac arrest.• Developed a comparison graph based on the test subjects’ neuro-scores to analyze their conditions after time intervals of death to frame out what future steps are needed based on our hypothesis.
