I have had parallel careers in Cannabis and Environmental work since graduating from UC Berkeley in 1994. I have started many successful companies and built them from the ground up. I have also helped other CEOs guide their companies to success as the number two guy. That said, I am willing and able to work at any level of an organization. So while I do have an enormous ego, I also have no problem being humble and doing the grunt work. The most important thing is that the company succeeds so we can all share in the proceeds.
